Selena Gomez Panty Upskirt Flash

Here is Selena Gomez unintentionally flashing the panty upskirt and some pubes in Malibu on Friday. Selena Gomez was playing with Justin Bieber's little brother and sister at Paradise Cove beach in Malibu when the paparazzi captured these candid images. You would think someone who has been in the spotlight as long as Selena Gomez would know how to avoid a major wardrobe malfunction. Yeah, they are calling this a wardrobe malfunction. Selena was wearing panties so these are not ecaxtly commando shots. But still her panties split over to one side and there is quite a bit of her neither regions showing. For the record, Selena is 19 year old, and is very mature for her age. Enjoy! Click on pictures to enlarge.

Who owns America? Hint: It's not China

Who owns America? Hint: It's not China

Editor's Note: The following piece comes from Global Post, which provides excellent coverage of world news - important, moving and odd.

By Tom Mucha, Global Post

Truth is elusive. But it's a good thing we have math.

Our friends at Business Insider know this, and put those two principles to work today in this excellent and highly informative little slideshow, made even more timely by the ongoing talks in Washington, D.C. aimed at staving off a U.S. debt default.

Here's the big idea:

Many people — politicians and pundits alike — prattle on that China and, to a lesser extent Japan, own most of America's $14.3 trillion in government debt.

But there's one little problem with that conventional wisdom: it's just not true. While the Chinese, Japanese and plenty of other foreigners own substantial amounts, it's really Americans who hold most of America's debt.

Here's a quick and fascinating breakdown by total amount held and percentage of total U.S. debt, according to Business Insider:

  • Hong Kong: $121.9 billion (0.9 percent)
  • Caribbean banking centers: $148.3 (1 percent)
  • Taiwan: $153.4 billion (1.1 percent)
  • Brazil: $211.4 billion (1.5 percent)
  • Oil exporting countries: $229.8 billion (1.6 percent)
  • Mutual funds: $300.5 billion (2 percent)
  • Commercial banks: $301.8 billion (2.1 percent)
  • State, local and federal retirement funds: $320.9 billion (2.2 percent)
  • Money market mutual funds: $337.7 billion (2.4 percent)
  • United Kingdom: $346.5 billion (2.4 percent)
  • Private pension funds: $504.7 billion (3.5 percent)
  • State and local governments: $506.1 billion (3.5 percent)
  • Japan: $912.4 billion (6.4 percent)
  • U.S. households: $959.4 billion (6.6 percent)
  • China: $1.16 trillion (8 percent)
  • The U.S. Treasury: $1.63 trillion (11.3 percent)
  • Social Security trust fund: $2.67 trillion (19 percent)

So America owes foreigners about $4.5 trillion in debt. But America owes America $9.8 trillion.

Stars Being Domestic

When these celebs aren't walking the red carpet or sunbathing in Saint-Tropez, they act surprisingly like us.

Doin' It Like Us
Miley Cyrus loves to "Party in the USA." But like the other stars on this list, the singer also finds time for the simpler things in life: like taking a trip to the laundromat. Whether it's Kate Middleton cooking or Hilary Duff buying flowers, these celebs prove their lives aren't always so different from ours.

Laundry Time
Does doing laundry bore you? Well, maybe that's because you don't know how to make the most of your time while waiting for your jeans to dry. Miley Cyrus and her friends, however, do. How else do you explain their impromptu, and completely bizarre (yet, strangely sexy) photoshoot, taken at a laundromat in LA?

So Ripe
Sophie Monk was spotted shopping for some produce while on vacation in January 2012. Despite her knock out performances in Click and Date Movie, the Australian star remains largely unknown in America. But we imagine if she waltzed into your local supermarket, you'd have a hard time not looking her way.

Perfect Produce
Shockingly, Sophie Monk isn't the only celebrity who goes grocery shopping. While you'd think an A-lister like Amy Adams could afford to pay someone to run all of her errands, she has yet to do so.

Burger Time
In Piranha-3D, Jerry O'Connel's character gets eaten alive by mutated fish. In 2009, a year before that fantastic film hit theaters, the actor was spotted on the set of Regis and Kelly Live, where he devoured a hamburger. And while we haven't tasted human flesh, we're going to go out on a limb and say the burger probably tasted better.

Sweet Tooth
Justin Bieber did his best to fortify Canadian stereotypes when he went shopping with Selena Gomez in January 2012. While he didn't ice skate through the grocery store, he was spotted grabbing a bottle of maple syrup, which is the only thing Canadians enjoy as much as hockey, Jim Carrey, and ice storms.

A Picnic for Heroes
When Mark Wahlberg isn't producing every other show on TV, or trying to make films with Justin Bieber, he enjoys spending time with his baby boy Brendan. In 2010, the two spent the day outdoors at A Time For Heroes Picnic in LA. And really, what's more domestic than struggling to win impossibly hard carnival games?

At the Car Wash
Though Nicky Hilton could feasibly have a limo driver take her wherever she wanted to go, the socialite does in fact drive her own car. More impressive: She even washes the thing... sort of. No, she didn't bust out the hose and bucket. But she was spotted taking her Range Rover to the car wash in 2010, and that takes some serious effort.

Flower Girl
We don't know if Hilary Duff bought these flowers for herself, her hockey playing husband Mike Comrie, or someone we've never heard of. Whatever the case, she certainly looked happy carrying around more than two dozen roses. Then again, it's not often you see a woman not smiling in this situation.

Little Pumpkin
We tried to avoid including any celebrity more than once on this list, but this picture of Kristin Cavallari and her niece is just too damn cute to dismiss. The two were spotted at the Mr. Bones pumpkin patch in October 2011. While the little one stared off into space, Cavallari sat in silence, presumably trying to figure out how many more pumpkins she could hold in two hands.

Munchkins Want Their Munchies
Marcia Cross didn't look desperate while shopping with her two adorable munchkins back in 2008. She did, however, fit the housewife stereotype. She also looked slightly perplexed, but that will happen when you're forced with such divisive issues as picking out the right flavor of Doritos.

A Royal Canadian Cookout
While touring Canada in July 2011, the royal couple got cooking in Quebec. Yes, it would have been a lot cooler to see Kate Middleton and Prince William grilling up sliders on a charcoal BBQ. But what can you do?

K Fed Stays Healthy... Sort Of
It's no secret Kevin Federline has had problems keeping his weight down. So when we saw him buying baby carrots in February 2010, we figured he had gotten himself back on the right (and healthy) track. Yet, as pictures taken in November 2011 prove, he's still got more than a few extra pounds he could afford to shed.

Day Trader
Kristin Cavallari may have trouble wearing her sunglasses correctly, but she certainly has good taste in grocery stores. The former Laguna Beach star took a trip to Trader Joe's in July 2010, presumably so she could try out the free samples, buy $2 bottles of wine, and admire the store's amazingly diverse hummus selection.

Man of Many Talents
The only thing families enjoy more than all-you-can-eat lunch buffets and riveting games of Monopoly, is bowling. Lil Wayne knows this, which is why he made sure to get his practice in at Chris Paul's Celebrity Bowling Invitational in 2010. Sure, none of his four children were actually in attendance, but that's beside the point.
